Established by virtue of Republic Act. 7104 (August 14, 1991) as mandated in the Constitution of the Philippines, the Commission on the Filipino Language CFL) is tasked to undertake, coordinate and promote researches for the development, propagation and preservation of Filipino and other Philippine languages.

Dangerous Drugs Board

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9165 (“An Act Instituting the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Repealing Republic Act No. 6425, otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972, as Amended, Providing Funds Therefore, and for other Purposes”), otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”, which took effect on 4 July 2002. 
The Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9165 became effective on 27 November 2002.

Aquino, to promote and coordinate the active participation of all sectors to effect the socio-economic development of Mindanao through a wholistic and integrated approach.

National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC)

The National Anti-Poverty Commission was created by virtue of RA 8425 or the "Social Reform and Poverty Alleviation Act" that became effective last June 30, 1998. RA 8425 institutionalize the processes of the Social Reform Agenda (SRA) in order to sustain its gains. The law also mandates the NAPC to enhance the programs, approaches and strategies to strengthen the partnership between government and the basic sectors.
